Senior Full Stack Engineer

SaaS cybersecurity platform serving 1M+ users across thousands of companies

Key Impact

  • Designed, built, deployed and currently own a production autonomous support-triage system end-to-end, spanning AWS infrastructure, ClickUp, Slack and GitHub integrations, specialised skills, guardrails, persistent memory, knowledge retrieval, human feedback loops and run-level observability.
  • The system processed 64 production support tickets within the first eight weeks of rollout, turning raw ticket context into actionable engineering investigations in ~4 minutes by gathering product and repository evidence and connecting context across services; feedback is synthesised into memory or knowledge-base updates, with weekly reporting on accuracy and usage.
  • Built a production PII-redaction service on AWS Lambda using Microsoft Presidio and a local spaCy NER model, automatically sanitising ticket text and screenshots before content reaches external LLMs; achieved ~360ms warm execution and sub-6s cold starts.
  • Built a custom MCP server used by the engineering team, support-triage automation, Windmill and coding agents to expose operations including controlled staging account setup, environment configuration and application-state changes, materially accelerating bug reproduction and debugging.
  • Built an automated E2E testing pipeline using coding agents, triggered from ClickUp to analyse acceptance criteria and code, generate and validate tests, and open reviewable PRs before features reach staging; regularly surfaces coverage gaps and regressions early enough to fix forward.
  • Led a cross-team overhaul of the user health scoring system within one month, replacing an opaque AI black box with a transparent rules-based engine using auditable checks and factual data.
  • Architected and shipped a custom Slack PR bot adopted company-wide across 40+ repositories, replacing the official GitHub plugin and improving PR review visibility.
  • Built and published a shared npm package for CloudWatch structured logging and custom metrics, adopted across 10+ services to standardise observability and simplify production diagnostics.
